My practice is located in downtown Seattle in the The Securities Building. The building’s main lobby entrance is located on 3rd Avenue by the Mattress Firm store on the corner of Stewart St.
Paid parking is available at the Securities Parking Garage with access from 3rd Avenue between Stewart St. and Virginia St. Parking is also available at the paid parking garage across the street from the Securities Building on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Stewart.
When you enter the The Securities Building at the main entrance on 3rd Avenue, you will see several elevators at the far end of the lobby. Please check in with security in the main lobby. Once you provide my name and suite #826 , security will scan you into the elevator.
If this is your first appointment, I will have your necessary paperwork on a clipboard in the waiting room. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time in order to complete these forms.
