I am a provider for Premera Blue Cross, out-of state Blue Cross plans, and First Choice Health. If you will be using insurance, you will be responsible to any deductible and copay cost. If you are paying out of pocket, my fee for the initial consultation is $250 and $200 for sessions after that,
